HOW TO CREATE & THEN SIGN-IN TO YOUR STUDIO ONE ACCOUNT:

2. Enter your email associated with your Connoisseur Club card or with your Rewards account. Enter a new password & hit the "Create Account".
Now you're signed in!
IF YOU GET LOGGED OUT:
Go to pick a movie as you normally would. After picking your movie day & time, on the next screen it will ask if you would like to log in. Say yes & login with the credentials you created above. Now you're logged in again & any rewards tickets you have will show up on the ticket type page.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR STUDIO ONE MOVIE PASS:
FOR PAPER MOVIE PASSES:
1- Bring your pass into the theater. Simply bring your paper passes into Studio One & present it at the ticket box office to redeem. No Reservation Convenience fees will apply and you can immediately redeem your pass. Redemption through this method will be subject to seat availability at the time of redemption. NOTE: If your passes were emailed, simply showing the pass email from your phone will suffice- there is NO NEED TO PRINT out passes.
2- Phone Reservations. You may call Studio One Theaters at (971) 271-8142 to reserve your movie using your paper pass. To guarantee seating, we highly recommend to not leave a voicemail, and to speak directly with one of our staff during regular business hours. Please note a reservation convenience fee equal to that of reservations online will apply using this method. Please have handy the code number listed in the white block at the bottom left of the pass you would like to redeem. You may need to confirm the email address to which these passes were emailed if they were emailed.
FOR ELECTRONIC OR EMAILED MOVIE PASSES:
3- Online Reservations. You may redeem your pass online using the steps below. Please note a convenience fee will apply using this method.
i. Sign into your account using the method at the top of this page.
ii. After signing in, simply go back to the main Studio One webpage & pick your movie as you normally would. When you go to pick the number of seats, you will see a seat option called "REWARDS". You can pick based on the number of Reward Free Movie Passes you have & the ticket cost will be subtracted from your final total. Again, note the convenience fee will still be applied per our ticket policy.
You may also mix choosing "REWARDS" seats with choosing regular "TICKETS" seats. The final costs will be applied appropriately at checkout.
Finalize your purchase as you normally would & pay any amount due with your payment method as you normally would.

REMINDER-- MOVIE PASS POLICY DETAILS:
You may redeem FREE MOVIE PASSES passes individually or together pending on how many passes you have. You do not need to redeem all free passes at once. Once a pass has been redeemed, it will be noted in the system and that pass will no longer be valid for redemption.
Due to some movie studio restrictions, there may be certain premier movie titles in which passes are not allowed to be used.
Studio One VIP Movie Passes or Studio One Free Movie Passes are admittance/admission passes only and have NO CASH VALUE, they cannot be redeemed for cash, nor will any monetary value be provided on a gift card as replacement for these passes.
All Studio One Movie Passes are subject to all other Studio One ticketing policies regarding refunds and changes as listed at the bottom of each individual movie title page on our website.
